Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) Test 

清洁空气输送率(CADR)测试

A.l Scope of Application适用范围

This standard shall be applied to the testing method of Clean Air Delivery Rate capability of "air cleaner".

本标准适用于“空气净化器”洁净空气输送速率能力的测试方法。

A.2 Test Conditions试验条件

If not specified otherwise, air environment conditions for test are as follows.

a) temperature: 23±5°C

b) relative humidity: 55±15%

如未另行规定,试验的空气环境条件如下

a)温度:23±5°C

b)相对湿度:55±15%

A.3. Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) capability清洁空气输送率(CADR)能力

A.3.1. Test Device 测试装置

Test device shall meet the requirements as below. For any items not specified in this annex, general methods are
applied试验装置应满足以下要求。对于本附件中未规定的任何项目,采用一般方法。

A3.1.1. Test Chamber 试验箱

A.3.1.1.1. Structure and Shape 结构和形状

When Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) is more than 0.1 m3/min and less than 1.6 m3/min, it shall be tested in a chamber of 8.0±0.5 m3 and when it is more than 1.6 m3/min and less than 16.0 m7min, it shall be tested in a chamber of 29.5±1 m3, when CADR more than 16.0 mVmin, it shall be tested in a chamber of 50.0±l m3. The test chamber, as shown in Picture Al.4, shall be of a rectangular parallelepiped shape (regular hexahedron is possible).
The inside of the test chamber shall be structured with anti-static panels. The test chamber shall be equipped with high-performance (above HEPA) filter that can supply air that meets background concentration (4.1.1.2), an inlet connected with a control valve, and an outlet connected with a damper thatdischarges excessive indoor air automatically.

当洁净空气输送率(CADR)大于0.1 m3/min小于1.6 m3/min时,应在8.0±0.5 m3的试验箱,当大于1.6 m3/min且小于16.0 m7 min时,应在室29.5±1 m3,当cadr大于16.0 mvmin时,应在50.0±l m3的室中进行试验。测试如图A1.4所示,腔体应为矩形平行六面体(可为正六面体)。试验室内部应配备防静电面板。试验室应配备高性能(HEPA以上)过滤器,可提供满足背景浓度(4.1.1.2)的空气,入口与控制阀连接,出口与自动排出过量室内空气的阻尼器连接。

A.3.1.1.2. Concentration of Background Particles

Concentration of background particles inside the test chamber: It shall be below 3><105 Count/m3 per particle of 0.3

背景粒子浓度

试验室内背景颗粒浓度:每粒0.3粒应低于3><105计数/m3。

A・3・l・l・3・ Air Tightness

Air tightness of the test chamber shall meet more than 80% of initial particle concentration per particle of 0.3 “m
after 20 minutes. Here, measurement procedure shall in compliance with 4.2.2.

气密性

试验室的气密性应满足每粒0.3“m颗粒初始颗粒浓度的80%以上。20分钟后。此处,测量程序应符合4.2.2的要求。

A.3.1.1.4. Concentration of Test Particles

In the test chamber, a particle generator and a vortexer shall be installed in a way that test particles can have uniform
distribution of concentration spatially in a short time period. When measuring, the initial concentration of particles
in the test chamber shall be 1 〜3 x 108 count/m3.

试验颗粒浓度

在试验室中,应以试验颗粒均匀的方式安装颗粒发生器和涡流器。短时间内浓度的空间分布。测量时,颗粒的初始浓度试验室内应为1〜3 x 108计数/m3。

A・3・l・l・5・ Number of Test Specimen试样数量

The number of test specimens shall follow Table Al.l by the rated air volume of test specimen.根据试样的额定空气量,试样数量应符合表al.l的要求。

A.3.1.1.6. Installation Position of Test Specimen 试样安装位置

Test specimen shall be installed where is specified in the instruction manual of a product. In case it is not specified
in the instruction manual of a product, the followings are applied. 试样应安装在产品说明书规定的位置。产品使用说明书未作规定的,按下列规定执行。

  • A product (test specimen) of desktop type and desktop/wall mounting shall be installed near wall and on a desk
    top 70cm above from the floor.
  • Floor type shall be installed on the floor near a wall side.
  • For wall mounting-exclusive type, the bottom of the product shall be installed 180cm above from the floor.
  • In case of installation of 2 test specimens, the center of the test specimens* chambers shall be symmetric with each
    other.

a)桌面型和桌面/墙壁安装的产品(试样)应安装在靠近墙壁的地方,并安装在离地面70cm以上的桌面上。

b)地板类型应安装在靠近墙侧的地板上。

c)对于壁挂专用型,产品底部应安装在离地面180cm以上。

d)如果安装了两个试样,则试样室的中心应对称。

A.3.1.2. Generation of Test Particles试验粒子的产生

A.3.1.2.1. Particles Generator粒子发生器

It shall be able to generate more than 107 counts of particle per second when potassium chloride solution is sprayed.
Picture A 1.5 shows the example of a particle generation device.喷洒氯化钾溶液时,每秒应能产生超过107个颗粒。图A 1.5显示了粒子产生装置的示例。

A.3.1.2.2. Handling of Generated Particles产生颗粒的处理

A particle generator shall be designed in a way particles of potassium chloride can dry up before they enter the test
chamber. Dried particles shall be neutralized through a particles neutralizer such as a beta or gamma radioactivity
generator or a corona discharge (air) ionizer. The generating element of radioactivity shall have more than
5millicurie of radioactive energy.颗粒发生器的设计应确保氯化钾颗粒在进入试验室之前能够干燥。干燥颗粒应通过颗粒中和剂(如β或γ放射性发生器或电晕放电(空气)电离器)中和。放射性发生元件的放射性能应在500万居里以上。

A.3.1.3. Particle Counter粒子计数器

A particle counter shall be auto light-scattering particle counter specified in KS B 6336 or the same or better kind
than that in terms of performance. It needs noting that a particle counter shall have more than 4 size channels of  particle between 0.3“m ~ 3“m.粒子计数器应为KS B 6336规定的自动光散射粒子计数器,或与性能相同或更好的类型。需要注意的是,一个粒子计数器应具有4个尺寸在0.3“m~3”m之间的粒子通道。
